I am just sicking of my backache!
Yesterday after working, i feel my back aching pain.
So i just simply turn and twist hope that it will better.
However it gone worst until i cant even bend down!
That time when i knew i cant bend down i was so scare, i scare i cannot move or become paralysis.
Omg ! I was going to cry after i thought of this!
Actually i had this problem since i fall down at the waterfall 6 years ago...But then i not really serious until cannot bend la...
just cannot sit down!
It was a nightmare. =(
Start from now i should take care of my backbone, DRINK ANLENE MILK!!
Because of the pain until i cannot bend down,
I had went to orthopedic this morning.
ThANKS tO my Neighbor~AUNTY WINNIE. She introduce me to there if not i really have no idea where to go for bone treatment ！
Is at Kelana Jaya 's Sunwat Mas there! The service there quite good. .
However quite expensive for me ... need to working to earn the money back jor!!
Is like, RM 110 for 1st treatment and consultation.
After that RM 80 for every adjustment and treatment!
Today i just go and let the doctor see my backbone and let him know what is the problem!
he is so surprise that i have not start the treatment since 6 years ago i had fell down !
Still he said i still young so it will be recover soon! hahha~pHEWWW..... =D
So today the doctor just put a cool bag at my back. Later i need to go for Xray and bring it to the doctor tomorrow afternoon. Hope this problem can fast fast gao dim lor...!!!(hoho!! 1st time Xray)

Start from today i really not dare to take the things that more than 3 kg already xD

ReplyDeleteCause it suppose not very effective and there're some cases where people get into worse, so its better to look for some chinese doctor. I know a Taiwan clinic from SS 18, there're around 10 doctors inside all doing this type of treatment. I tell you if you're interested.
